At iDelta we continually mentor, train and develop our Splunk technical team. Many of our staff have achieved the top-level Splunk Consultant certification. This could be optimising searches and dashboards to reduce CPU and Memory usage (and save SVCs); using role and workload management settings to control usage; tuning parameters to improve scalability.
